Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

The salary range for this position is $105k - $140k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

Position Summary:

The Sr Sales Operations Analyst will work with other members of the Sales Operations team as well as other stakeholder groups including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, and Customer Support teams on supporting Sciton’s growing business efforts and customer base.

The Sr Sales Operations Analysts will work with other members of the Sales Operations team to provide best in class support to our growing WW Sales teams by supporting overall Sales Strategies, Sales Data Management, Sales Analytics, Pipeline Performance Management amongst other tasks through the optimization of processes along the customer journey from Lead to Cash. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Senior level team member in a mid-size Sales Operations team with experience learning and understanding existing processes, defining possible process gaps, solving complex problems, building on best practices, setting up processes and procedures, and possess strong analytical thinking skills with a drive for operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our WW Sales teams by providing performance reporting and analysis to decision makers within each Sales team, reviewing any gaps in data analysis and closing those gaps.
  • Support pipeline management and forecasting for our WW Sales teams by providing insightful reports and analytics, identifying gaps, providing recommendations and other insights as needed.
  • Work with other Sales Operations team members on Building and Maintaining a reporting infrastructure and dashboards from Salesforce and CPQ in support of regional needs
  • Look at ways to increase automation and scalability on all our processes and initiatives as needed in a drive to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless systems integration
  • Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and other company tools
  • Develop, Improve, and Maintain sales processes and programs and work with Sales Enablement to roll out and train the broader WW Sales Organization
  • Work cross-functionally with all Revenue generating groups including but not limited to Service, Clinical, Training to ensure all necessary business functions are represented in sales/revenue related processes
  • Must be agile and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout Sales Operations, the WW Sales organization, and companywide.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
